NEPRO: School rebuilding programme 2020/21

On 29 June 2020, the Prime Minister announced over £1 billion funding to support the first 50 projects of a transformative ten-year rebuilding programme, starting in 2020/21.

A further £560m and £200m will also be made available this year for school upgrades and FE colleges.

Approved by the DfE (Department for Education), NEPRO offers public sector organisations a compliant route to appoint and manage specialist professional services.  

Services available under NEPRO include the development and management of buildings or the professional services needed to manage them, such as:

• Architecture
• Buildings contracts
• Cost consultancy
• Property management
• Structure engineering and design
• Survey services
